Yesterday I did the last of the canning for the year. It took me about 5 hours to make 3 batches of cranberry sauce. In the end I used 12 bags of cranberries and 6 lbs of sugar. I got 12 pints and 8 1/2 pints of jellied cranberry sauce. Yum! Here is how I did it. Does anyone else can cranberry sauce?
